Paradise Blue Retreats offers customized packages for Yoga & Meditation retreats. We include 3 daily vegetarian meals and snacks prepared with fresh ingredients from our organic garden (locally caught fish and sea food are optional), following a well balanced diet rich in Brazilian super foods like açai, guarana, cupuaçu, cacao, fresh coconut water, etc. 

 

We cater to each person's goals and needs, by offering several outdoor activities that allow participants to explore the island and exercise, while having fun and connecting with Nature:

 

• Hiking: our lodge is connected to many jungle trails with different intensity levels taking you across beautiful beaches, fishing villages, churches and historic sites, and even majestic mountains with impressive views.

• Kayaking: a great way to connect with the ocean and enjoy panoramic views of lush Atlantic Rainforest. We are located in a safe bay with calm emerald waters, very close to Blue Lagoon and six beautiful beaches. We have 12 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and life jackets available.

• Snorkeling: immerse in the magical world of beautiful coral formations and tropical fish, swim with sea turtles or even dolphins if you’re lucky!

• Scuba Diving: for scuba lovers, Ilha Grande has the highest concentration of shipwrecks in the country. We can organize a diving excursion with local diving agencies.

• Boat trips: take a private boat trip to discover other parts of the island. Prices vary depending on the destination, amount of passengers and type of boat (speedboat or trainera – our local wooden fishing boat reformed as a tour boat, sailboat, etc).

We provide boat transportation from the city of Angra dos Reis to our lodge, and we can coordinate private land transportation from either Rio de Janeiro or Sāo Paulo to Angra dos Reis.
